By accessing and placing an order with Banshee-e, you confirm that you are in agreement in the Terms & Conditions outlined bellow. These terms apply to the entire website and any other type of communication between you and Banshee-e.

The only available payment methods are money (USD & BRL) via Paypal or points via DeviantArt. Points will only be accepted once it is said so. Any other kind of payment must be discussed with Banshee-e.

Payment may only be sent once the customer's order request had been accepted by Banshee-e and must be paid by using the invoice link given by the artist.

Payment plans are not accepted unless the amount is over $100.

Normally, payment is required before the piece is finished. You may receive a rough sketch of the request as well as a feedback request from Banshee-e, once the sketch is approved, payment must be sent. As soon as the artist receives the payment, the piece will be continued.

Banshee-e grants you a non-transferable limited license to the usage of the artwork created strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

The artwork created may not be used in games, chatsites (chatlands, worlize, etc) and illegal websites.

Credit must be given all the times the artwork is used!

You can't modify, trance, copy, steal or repost any of the images sent by Banshee-e, doesn't matter if it's a WIP or the finished piece.

Don't remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright, trademark, or watermark) of Banshee-e

Like it was mentioned previously, any products purchased by Banshee-e may not be resubmitted, reuploaded, or reposted to other social media or websites. The images will be uploaded by the artist herself to any social media or websites used by Banshee-e (that includes Toyhouse).

As stated previously, the only online banking website used is Paypal and according to Paypal's terms and conditions regarding accounts of Brazilian users: international transactons can only be done if the account contains an international credit card linked to it. However, due to the fact that Banshee-e does not own an international credit card, refunds can not be made unless you had paid with points (deviantart) or character trades.
We are yet to find a solution for this issue, but for now, this is the only way.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you are completely welcomed, however, you may remember to be respectful, otherwise, you will most likely be ignored.

Please remember that Banshee-e is a human being, not a machine, and respect is an obligation. Rude customers will not receive any kind of assistance or service.

Just like Banshee-e will, we expect you to maintain the artist updated, especially if feedback is requested. Or else, either one of the two scenarios will happen:
1 - Your piece will be put on pause until a reply is received from the customer.
2 - The piece will be continued and finished as it is and you won't be able to ask for changes once it is finished.

Also, make sure to remember that, as humans, all of us have good and bad days as well as health or mental/emotional issues sometimes, so we ask you to be understandable whenever something happens. But don't worry, if your piece has to be delayed, Banshee-e will make sure to inform you about the situation.

Making questions is always fine, just make sure to be polite.

Please remember that commissions are open all the time, they will open from time to time and there will be a limited amount of slots.

The number of commission slots will depend on the artist and sometimes on the type of commission. The slots refer to the entire commission sheet and the number of orders per customer, meaning if only 5 slots open and a user purchases 5 different types of commissions, there won't be any other slots available for purchase.

Do not claim you are the artist who made the art, trace or repost/re-upload any of Banshee-e's work. Using art as a reference or inspiration is ok, but asking will be appreciated.

Just like regular commissions, customs aren't open all the time and they open in slots - normally in fewer slots than regular ones.

The design/character can not be resold for more than it was obtained unless you have added more artwork to their gallery.

You can resell, trade, or gift the character. You can also write or change their biography/information, give them clothes/accessories, give them alternative forms (as long as the design is recognizable), and make small changes in the design (as long as the design is still recognizable). Major changes may be approved by Banshee-e before they are officially applied to the character.

When it comes to surprise adoptable, don't get mad if you don't like the result - they are a surprise after all and the yes/nos have been asked.

Do not trace, reupload or copy the character artwork or design. Never claim the design as yours! Every character comes with a Toyhouse page, keep the original and don't create a new one, otherwise, the character will be considered non-official.
